The rooms were clean and spacious, and the view we had was gorgeous! The location was perfect as we had easy access to the train station and city centre. We also appreciated having a kitchen in the room as it saved us a lot of money and time.

There were several negative aspects of our stay. First of all, the breakfast they offered was not what we expected, and the serving time was too short.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience for my family. the location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to many eateries and other places to visit. It is also near the Miyazaki station and has a great view from the room. the room was very spacious and the bathroom was well equipped. the service provided by the staff was exceptional and they were always pleasant and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the amenities provided in the room.

The free TV channels were limited and could use some improvement.

The temperature control in the room was challenging, with limited options to choose from. the bathroom door was not closing properly and had a considerable gap, which was not convenient for privacy.

The hotel's convenient location to transportation made exploring this city a breeze. I loved that there were nearby bus stops that can take you anywhere you'd like to go, including popular spots like Aoshima and Miyazaki Shrine. The staff was also exceptional, going above and beyond to communicate with me despite the language barrier. I appreciated their help with forwarding my luggage and their efficient service. Additionally, the free use of bicycles made getting around even easier.

Almost perfect. Though small, the room had adequate facilities and a really comfy bed.
